Trish bounces between Charlotte, NC and Old Greenwich, CT with her soul mate, Fletch. And Brian. Having both her son and daughter attending Ole Miss has soothed some of the sting of the empty nest. She is an avid college football fan and the Ole Miss Rebels have a gamete mindset she can totally get behind. She cannot wait to tailgate again in a small slice of heaven known as The Grove - Hotty Toddy!
With insights that are both poignant and funny, her writing has been featured on Huffington Post, The Kindness Blog, Scoop Charlotte and Charlotte Smarty Pants. Armed with a love of adolescents, a passion for creative nonfiction, and endless topics gifted generously by simply living life to the fullest, Trish hopes to continue her writing alongside her very best friend, her soul mate, her pride and joys and the 3 best humans on the planet three for many years to come.
Trish is a passionate, experienced education and curriculum leader with over 20 years of experience in and out of the classroom. She finds great joy working with kids and teenagers as they discover their unique self-identity & voice in the world. Connecting with every student is her highest goal in every professional endeavor and is at the heart of her work in education. Her unique combination of classroom teaching, along with
an in-depth knowledge of student learning and development
Most recently Trish has returned to Charlotte Country Day School as the Remote Learning Coordinator.
